Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 / annual
Adonis is an AI orchestration platform for healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), helping health systems optimize revenue operations through advanced automation, data science, and AI agents. The company has raised over $95M in funding, including a recent $40M Series C round.
You will serve as Director of Health System Sales, reporting to the Head of Health System Sales. This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on driving growth across large health systems and academic medical centers. You will own the complete commercial cycle, from building executive relationships to closing seven-figure partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing an enterprise pipeline targeting CROs, CFOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and transformation leaders
- Leading full enterprise sales cycles from discovery and ROI case development through evaluation, pilot, contracting, and expansion
- Aligning Adonis solutions with revenue cycle priorities (cash acceleration, cost-to-collect, denials, revenue leakage)
- Navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees spanning Revenue Cycle, Finance, IT, Security, AI Governance, Legal, and Procurement
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to execute account strategies and maintain accurate forecasting
- Representing Adonis at healthcare industry events and shaping go-to-market strategy as the company scales
The role is based at Adonis's headquarters in New York City (3 World Trade Center).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of healthcare enterprise sales experience selling directly to large health systems
- Proven track record originating and closing complex, seven-figure technology deals with senior revenue cycle leadership
- Experience with healthcare technology, SaaS, RCM platforms, automation, analytics, or AI
- Deep understanding of health system revenue cycle operations and financial drivers
- Ability to lead outcome- and ROI-based sales motions across complex healthcare buying committees
- Strong executive presence, pipeline creation, and disciplined forecasting skills
- Experience selling into Epic-based health systems
- Familiarity with denials, A/R, underpayments, claim status, prior auth, or revenue integrity
- Experience with pilot-to-expansion motions and relationships across academic medical centers
