Ripple is seeking a Director of Global Transformation to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within Ripple Treasury, the company's cross-border payments and money management platform. This is a senior individual-contributor and leadership role embedded in the Program Management Office, requiring broad collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams.
You will own end-to-end transformation programs that improve how Ripple Treasury operates at scale, spanning process development, technology adoption, organizational change, and performance measurement. Key responsibilities include: leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with cross-functional alignment from ideation through delivery and optimization; partnering with senior leaders to define program scope, success metrics, and governance; building and maintaining sophisticated project roadmaps with dependency mapping and risk management; championing organizational change management through communication strategies, training plans, and adoption frameworks; translating ambiguous strategic priorities into structured, executable work with clear ownership; establishing program health reporting and executive-level status updates; identifying systemic inefficiencies and developing roadmaps to address them; collaborating with peer Program Managers as a senior thought partner; and representing the PMO perspective in planning cycles.
Required qualifications include 3–5 years in a Director-level or equivalent senior role in program management, management consulting, strategy, or related field. You must have proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs at high-growth tech or financial services firms. Strong process design and systems-thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate organizational complexity and build credibility quickly with executives and peers. You should be proficient in modern program management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and comfortable working across product, engineering, and operations contexts without needing to be a technical expert. Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to program management—including large language models like Claude and ChatGPT—is required, along with comfort evaluating emerging AI capabilities and championing adoption. Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure is a strong plus. Nice-to-haves include hands-on experience with Claude for business workflows, background in top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy, exposure to global or multi-regional program delivery, and familiarity with B2B payments and treasury management.
