You will partner closely with Accounting, Investor Relations, and senior leaders across the company. **Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including experience in Financial Planning & Analysis • MBA degree preferred but not required • Experience owning a consolidated plan and forecast for a company or large business unit, with strong command of the three financial statements • Track record of preparing executive- and Board-level materials and presenting financial insights to senior leaders • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) • Strong business judgment and ability to turn complex data into clear, concise narratives • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence to challenge assumptions and credibility to drive alignment • High standards for accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines • Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to improve forecast accuracy, automate reporting, and accelerate insight generation
