Rogo is an enterprise AI platform transforming financial workflows for investment banks, private equity, and investment firms. This Director role owns the global content and data partnership strategy, reporting directly to the President.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing Rogo's content and data partnership strategy with market mapping and multi-year roadmaps; owning relationships with commercial decision-makers at major financial data providers (Bloomberg, LSEG, S&P, FactSet, Morningstar, etc.); leading complex partnership negotiations, many involving novel AI-native licensing structures without market precedent; establishing frameworks for AI-native content use including model rights, derived outputs, attribution, and auditability; designing commercialization models aligned with AI-era content economics; shaping how Rogo bundles, prices, and brings content-enabled products to market in partnership with Sales, Post-Sales, and Marketing; collaborating with Legal and Finance on IP rights, compliance, and deal economics; working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate partnership requirements into platform capabilities; and representing Rogo's external point of view on AI-era content economics to senior industry stakeholders.
Ideal candidate has spent their career in the financial data and information-services ecosystem, likely from partnerships, BD, or commercial roles at major data providers or adjacent firms. Must have deep familiarity with the financial data ecosystem, proven negotiation experience, strong commercial instincts, ability to evaluate dataset quality and strategic value, fluency in content economics and licensing structures, and familiarity with IP and data-rights questions created by generative AI. The role requires autonomous operation on high-stakes decisions, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to build trust with senior provider executives.
