Napster is seeking an experienced Director of Commercial Enablement & Messaging to lead the translation of product strategy, product marketing, and go-to-market inputs into clear, practical commercial enablement for sellers and partner sellers globally. This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting to the Global VP of Commercial Enablement. You will own the critical translation layer between strategy and field execution. Your core responsibilities include: translating complex product information into clear commercial narratives; building and maintaining sales plays, pitch narratives, battlecards, product briefs, FAQs, objection handling materials, competitive positioning, and launch kits; creating differentiated enablement for direct sales, channel partners, resellers, and strategic partners; owning commercial messaging and field-readiness programs for major product launches; ensuring sellers understand what to sell, who to sell it to, how to position it, and what to show; collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Technical Enablement teams to translate complex information into simple, usable content; leveraging AI tools extensively to accelerate research, drafting, content creation, repurposing, and enablement workflows; building repeatable AI-assisted processes for creating and maintaining commercial content at scale; maintaining strong QA standards across messaging, factual accuracy, product claims, pricing, and terminology; ensuring outdated or inconsistent content is identified and corrected quickly; creating scalable systems for managing commercial enablement assets globally; gathering seller and partner feedback to continuously improve content and programs; and supporting training, launches, events, sales kickoffs, partner programs, and executive communications. Napster builds embodied, multimodal AI agents designed to engage employees and customers through video presence, voice, and text. The company was founded on the principle of democratizing access—first to music in 1999, now to expertise in the AI era. You will be working in a fast-moving AI-first environment where products, positioning, and market dynamics evolve quickly. Success in this role means sellers and partners can quickly understand and position new products; every major launch has a clear commercial enablement plan; messaging is accurate and consistent across commercial teams; enablement content is current, easy to find, and easy to use; AI tools are embedded into workflows to increase speed and scale; QA standards remain high even as the organization moves quickly; commercial teams spend less time creating their own materials and more time selling; and feedback from sellers and partners is reflected rapidly in updated messaging and enablement.
