You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Anduril's autonomous undersea vehicle (AUV) portfolio, including products like Copperhead. Your mandate spans both commercial and defense customers, with particular emphasis on the U.S. Navy and allied defense partners. You will shape hardware product roadmaps, lead capture campaigns, and secure contracts to deliver cutting-edge undersea strike capabilities at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying, pursuing, and shaping business opportunities across the undersea reconnaissance and strike portfolio. You will develop deep knowledge of the existing and prospective customer base, competitive landscape, and programmatic roadmaps. You will manage continuous customer engagements, monitor buying cycles, and support proposal efforts including RFI, RFP, and RFWP responses.
• Growing existing business by partnering with adjacent business lines and product engineers to identify expansion opportunities with current clients. This includes exploring new capability areas while sustaining strong client relationships.
• Serving as Anduril's voice to clients, partners, and the defense community. You will communicate the company's approach to next-generation defense technology and articulate competitive advantages.
• Acting as a liaison between customers and the engineering organization. You will translate client problem sets into actionable product roadmaps, interpret needs for internal teams, manage priorities and execution, and ensure performance aligns with key milestones.
Required qualifications include a proven track record in commercial or DoD capture and sales, with demonstrated success building and executing business capture strategies. You should have deep knowledge of defense acquisitions and ideally experience with zero-to-one program growth. Technical expertise in the challenges of developing and deploying underwater vehicles, torpedoes, and high-speed systems is essential. You must be a high-energy, high-ownership leader with strong management skills and emotional intelligence, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Anduril's Maritime division develops integrated autonomous systems including surface and undersea vehicles, subsea sensing, and kinetic payloads, all powered by the Lattice OS platform. These capabilities deliver persistent detection, tracking, and mission execution for defense and commercial applications.
