Ramp is hiring a Director of Brand Operations to build and scale the operating system that enables the brand team to ship high-volume creative work across product launches, growth initiatives, events, customer marketing, and brand awareness campaigns. In this role, you will own the end-to-end operating system for how Brand's creative gets produced—designing processes, milestones, and cross-functional workflows that turn creative direction into shipped work efficiently. You'll diagnose and fix bottlenecks across functions, tracing where work stalls and removing limiting factors wherever they originate. A key responsibility is protecting creatives from organizational complexity by absorbing cross-functional coordination so the team stays focused on creative excellence. You'll leverage AI and automation to streamline work intake, triage, status tracking, reporting, and handoffs, compressing cycle time and reducing manual overhead. You'll partner closely with creative leads to ensure operations and creative vision are complementary, freeing them to focus on the work itself. You'll also serve as Brand's ambassador across Ramp, scoping incoming work and pulling Brand into projects early and at the right time. The ideal candidate has exceptional organizational skills, managing 20+ concurrent workstreams with clarity. You possess a strong cross-functional root-cause instinct—the ability to walk into tangled multi-team workflows, diagnose why they're slow, and fix them. You have a proven track record building systems and automation, transforming messy operations into repeatable, efficient processes using tooling and AI. You're metrics-driven, instrumenting delivery so progress is clear and measurable. Your leadership style is hands-on and lean, lifting both the operation and the people within it. You remove limiting factors and speed up delivery without adding unnecessary process. Background in product ops, business ops, GTM ops, finance ops, or chief-of-staff roles is ideal. Experience scaling an in-house creative or content studio in a high-growth environment, or building AI-assisted operational workflows, is a plus. Ramp values builders with high agency and urgency who own problems end-to-end and make consequential decisions.
