Marvin is a Series A healthtech company focused on ending healthcare worker burnout by providing a proprietary mental health care platform to physicians, nurses, and staff at leading health systems including Cedars-Sinai, Jefferson Health, Geisinger, and Harvard Department of Psychiatry. You will build and own Marvin's strategic relationships with national and regional benefits consulting and brokerage firms (Aon, Mercer/Marsh, WTW, Lockton, Alliant, Gallagher, and others) who influence which behavioral health partners health systems select. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Partnerships, you will position Marvin as the credible, healthcare-specific behavioral health partner in RFPs and renewals, and convert consultant advocacy into qualified pipeline for the sales team. Key responsibilities include: - Building and formalizing relationships with strategic consultants and brokers, prioritizing named national and regional firms - Owning consultant and broker education and enablement to ensure they understand Marvin's differentiation and can accurately represent proof points - Coordinating RFP and finalist support, ensuring Marvin is included in relevant health system searches - Feeding market intelligence back to sales, marketing, and product on competitive positioning, pricing, and client feedback - Building enablement materials, relationship tracking, and reporting cadence for the consultant channel from the ground up - Representing Marvin at consultant and broker events, meetings, and industry conferences You bring 5+ years of experience in consultant relations, strategic alliances, or channel partnerships within health benefits, digital health, or behavioral health, with at least 3 years of demonstrable named consultant or broker relationships. You have direct experience supporting RFP/RFI/finalist processes from the consultant side, building consultant-facing enablement materials, and converting relationships into revenue-generating pipeline. You're comfortable operating without an established playbook in an early-stage company, have significant experience with AI tools, and possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The role is hybrid, based in Denver, Los Angeles, or New York, with 2 days per week in-office and the remainder remote. Travel of 30–40% is required for consultant meetings, finalist presentations, and industry events.
