SonarSource is seeking a Director of Channels and Alliances for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. This leadership role focuses on building and scaling partner ecosystems, channel strategies, and strategic alliances across one of the company's key growth markets.

The Director will be responsible for developing and executing the channels and alliances strategy for APJ, identifying and recruiting partners, managing partner relationships, and driving revenue through indirect channels. This is a strategic role requiring deep understanding of regional market dynamics, partner ecosystems, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in channel development, partner management, and business development within the software or technology sector. You should have a track record of building successful partner programs, negotiating complex partnerships, and driving revenue growth through indirect channels. Strong leadership skills, regional market knowledge, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
