Your responsibilities include: - Coach, mentor, and unify your team while driving performance through feedback, training, and development opportunities - Deliver exceptional customer experience by providing effective solutions to client requests - Monitor team performance and oversee activity planning, time management, and operational execution - Foster a collaborative, supportive, and results-oriented environment where the team can thrive - Serve as the coordination point between clients, your team, and internal departments (Product, Operations, Compliance) to ensure seamless customer experience and continuous service improvement This is a full-time permanent position (CDI via EOR) offering a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus tied to individual and collective objectives. Viva.com operates in a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment with high cultural diversity and a motivated, international team. **Requirements:** - 7+ years of proven experience in commercial development, strategic partnership creation, and complex client portfolio management in dynamic environments, ideally in financial services - Knowledge of financial products and services with strong negotiation, objection handling, and commercial development skills - Proficiency with CRM tools and digital processes; strong interest in AI-based solutions to optimize decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer engagement - Confirmed experience managing teams and coordinating commercial development initiatives in demanding, results-oriented environments - Fluent in English and French with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
