Unframe is an AI-first startup helping enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications at scale. The company has secured over $100M in TCV within 12 months and raised a $50M Series B led by Highland Europe, backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will own a hands-on position within the Security and IT team, responsible for security vulnerability management, cloud infrastructure maintenance, and CI/CD automation that deploys the platform across customer on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Key responsibilities include: - Owning and evolving CI/CD pipelines that ship Blueprint-based solutions into customer on-prem, private cloud, and hybrid environments - Building, maintaining, and hardening infrastructure-as-code (IaC) that provisions new customer environments while managing access, configuration, patching, and costs - Owning monitoring, on-call, and incident response for production deployments running inside customer networks, driving issues to root cause - Eliminating manual deployment steps without compromising security and compliance requirements (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, EU AI Act) - Managing vulnerabilities end-to-end: triaging findings from scanning and posture tools, prioritizing by risk, and driving remediation with engineering and IT teams - Collaborating directly with backend engineers on release processes and environment provisioning as the platform expands to new deployment targets - Applying AI/LLM-based tools to streamline DevSecOps work, automating routine tasks, accelerating troubleshooting, and reducing operational toil Requirements: - 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience - Production experience with container orchestration - Proficiency writing infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar) and building CI/CD pipelines - Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure); the platform is cloud-agnostic by design - Track record supporting production systems that external customers depend on, not just internal tooling - Experience with vulnerability management and cloud security hardening using tools such as Wiz, Orca, Google CNAPP, or similar - Comfortable reading and writing English day-to-day
