Veeam is the Data and AI Trust Company, specializing in data resilience and security posture management. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will design and maintain the infrastructure that enables the platform to process billions of data events daily across hundreds of enterprise clouds while maintaining fortress-level security.
You will architect security-first infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) with zero-trust principles and least-privilege access. You'll design and optimize Kubernetes clusters at scale, implementing intelligent autoscaling, pod security policies, and network segmentation to protect sensitive customer data.
Key responsibilities include building sophisticated CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Spinnaker, and GitOps patterns to enable zero-downtime blue/green and canary deployments multiple times daily. You'll implement comprehensive observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK to surface anomalies before they become incidents.
You will manage multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, building abstraction layers that maintain consistent security postures. You'll be on-call to diagnose and resolve production issues in real-time, leveraging deep systems knowledge to troubleshoot complex distributed systems problems. You'll write Python and Go tooling to automate repetitive operational tasks, turning manual work into automated execution.
Required: 5+ years software development with deep operational experience in cloud-native environments. Expert-level proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation. Production experience running Kubernetes at scale with deep networking and security knowledge. Hands-on CI/CD architecture experience with GitOps tools. Professional coding ability in Python or Golang. Working knowledge of SQL (Postgres), NoSQL (MongoDB/Elasticsearch), and graph databases. Deep Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.
