Voyantis is seeking a hands-on, business-oriented DevOps Team Lead to spearhead infrastructure and cloud operations. You will build and maintain foundational systems enabling the company's agentic AI ecosystem while leading a team of talented engineers to translate technical capabilities into commercial impact.
Voyantis uses advanced AI predictive models (LTV, churn, and intent) to help companies shift from growth-at-all-costs to efficient, responsible growth. You will ensure high-performance infrastructure required for autonomous signal engineering and real-time recalibration of these models is optimized for both performance and ROI.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between infrastructure excellence and business strategy, ensuring the technical roadmap aligns with commercial objectives. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers, mentor them on best practices, and drive decisions that impact both system reliability and business outcomes.
