As DevOps Team Lead, you will lead and mentor a team of DevOps Engineers while architecting and scaling a next-generation cloud-native SaaS platform. Your responsibilities include:
• Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing DevOps team with a focus on excellence, ownership, and collaboration
• Architecting and scaling the SaaS platform across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Driving best practices for automation, reliability, and performance across the R&D organization
• Taking ownership of production-grade systems at petabyte scale, ensuring availability and scalability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Partnering with Engineering and Product teams to enable fast, reliable delivery pipelines and deployment processes
• Guiding the team in developing architectural POCs and shaping technical direction
• Championing Infrastructure as Code and automation-first approaches using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
• Overseeing observability, monitoring, and incident response processes
• Promoting knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and hands-on problem solving
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine strategic oversight with technical depth, managing both team development and critical infrastructure at scale.
