As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, automate, and scale infrastructure supporting this worldwide platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to maintain high availability and build robust systems.
Key responsibilities include automating infrastructure using Terraform and Python to manage cloud resources and operational processes; deploying, scaling, and optimizing microservices on Kubernetes (EKS); designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable releases; configuring multi-account AWS architectures with VPCs, routing, and security controls; driving system performance tuning and cloud cost optimization using CloudWatch, Datadog, or ELK stack; ensuring deployments meet strict security standards (SOC 2, PCI-DSS compliance); building reusable Infrastructure as Code modules for production; and participating in system health monitoring and root-cause analysis.
Rapyd emphasizes hands-on problem-solving and elegant solutions. The team uses modern AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude, specialized CLI assistants) to accelerate Infrastructure as Code generation, Python automation, and CI/CD troubleshooting.
