Sensor Tower (now Data.ai) is a global digital intelligence platform trusted by 2,500+ enterprises to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior across mobile, web, and gaming. As a DevOps Engineer, you will own and improve the CI/CD infrastructure that powers the engineering team's productivity. You'll collaborate closely with engineers to identify bottlenecks, implement tooling improvements, and maintain a robust, observable, and performant deployment pipeline. Key responsibilities include: - Taking ownership of the CI/CD stack (Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar), ensuring reliability, consistency, and performance - Collaborating with the engineering team to improve development tools and processes - Researching, implementing, and developing tools to help developers write and deploy code more efficiently - Maintaining strong observability and monitoring across infrastructure - Remaining engaged with product development and willing to contribute to feature work when needed Required qualifications: - Solid Linux background - Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines - Working proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript, or Python - AWS expertise (EC2, load balancing, auto-scaling, IAM, S3, Route53) - Experience with telemetry and monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Kibana) - Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes) Highly valued: - CI build time optimization experience, especially with Jenkins, Rspec, and Cypress/Playwright - Database familiarity (MongoDB, ClickHouse) - Build system experience (Webpack, Gradle) - Infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform) - Ruby and Rails framework knowledge The role offers a flexible work environment and exposure to scaling challenges at a global scale, including experience with infrastructure automation and modern DevOps practices.
