You will join the Platform team as a DevOps Engineer with a dual focus: (1) designing, implementing, and maintaining core infrastructure to support application workloads, and (2) driving adoption of agentic AI across the platform to automate operational workflows and establish best practices for how engineering teams work with AI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, deploy, and support cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) artifacts and applications
- Implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects with automated security
- Implement agentic AI automation to minimize downtime and manual effort
- Design and support resiliency and scalability using AWS, GCP, and other cloud platforms with SRE and DevOps practices
- Configure application monitoring using industry-standard tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and develop customized solutions including AI-assisted alert triage and incident response
- Create and manage development, staging, and production environments with consistency and alignment to project requirements
- Maintain documentation for DevOps processes, procedures, infrastructure configurations, and team guidelines for working with AI
- Articulate long-term vision for infrastructure maintenance and scaling, including capacity and cost planning
- Interpret security policies and ensure platform designs conform to security guidelines, including guardrails and access controls for AI agents
- Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and version control using GitHub
The role involves architecting infrastructure, automating deployment and configuration, managing application code deployment, and ensuring optimal performance and availability through monitoring and troubleshooting.

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience implementing Platform and DevOps solutions
- 3+ years of experience working in a high-performing DevOps team or related roles
- 3+ years of experience in performance monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
- Experience integrating AI tools into development workflows, particularly Claude and GitHub (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Actions, AI-assisted code review)
- Excellent experience delivering Infrastructure as Code via Terraform
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Colima, Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting or coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or Go
- Experience supporting pipeline tools (GitHub, CircleCI)
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards, including secure coding and vulnerability scanning
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
