JumpCloud is hiring a Devices Software Engineer to join its remote-first team in Turkey. You will develop, test, and maintain distributed systems and microservices that power JumpCloud's AI-powered unified IT management platform, which consolidates identity, device, and access management for modern organizations.
In this role, you will own features across microservices architecture, building scalable backend systems using Golang as the primary language, with exposure to Node.js, Java, and native development (C/C++) as needed. You'll deploy applications in containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker on AWS infrastructure, implement CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, and collaborate with UI/UX teams on full-stack features using Vue.js. Device management knowledge—particularly Apple MDM/DDM/ADE, Android Enterprise, or Windows MDM protocols—is highly valued.
You'll work on OS-level application development, building tools that interact deeply with native OS frameworks. The role emphasizes leveraging AI throughout the software development and product lifecycle to accelerate development, improve user experience, and enhance testing. You'll participate in on-call shifts to support production systems and work with geographically distributed engineering teams in a remote-first environment.
JumpCloud values "Building Connections"—creating human connection across diverse backgrounds and geographies. The company operates in 15+ countries and conducts business in English, fostering a collaborative, fast-moving SaaS environment where your ideas and technical approaches are welcomed.
