Robotiq is seeking a passionate Senior Fullstack Web Developer to join their team. The company's mission is to free human hands from repetitive tasks by providing intelligent robotic components and ready-to-use work cells to manufacturers and AI physical solution designers. Robotiq "productizes" automation rather than treating it as custom engineering, integrating intelligence directly into hardware and software to deliver practical, scalable solutions for real manufacturing environments used by tens of thousands of companies worldwide. In this Senior role, you will go beyond pure technical execution to take a step back on architecture and guide the growth of both products and team. Your daily responsibilities will include: • Designing robust interfaces with React or Angular using TypeScript • Actively using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate development cycles while maintaining code quality • Collaborating on integrating AI-powered features into applications to solve complex business problems • Ensuring stability through E2E testing with Cypress and Playwright • Working in a GitLab monorepo environment and contributing to continuous improvement of deployment pipelines • Mentoring junior developers on best practices Robotiq emphasizes AI-first development—innovation is core to daily work, with generative AI capabilities being integrated directly into key products. The company values team-oriented culture, transparent communication, knowledge sharing, and strong collaboration across roles and regions. Benefits include flexible work hours, individual development plans, telemedicine, worker-shareholder cooperative structure, modern workspace, on-site gym, barista coffee, fresh fruit, cultural club, sports and recreational activities. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree or DEC in software engineering or computer science • Minimum 10 years of web development experience, including architectural decisions, technical leadership, mentoring, and end-to-end project ownership • Agile team experience with strong code review practices; maximizes CI/CD and communicates effectively with UX designers • Technical stack: TypeScript, npm, Docker, Linux/WSL • Practical E2E testing experience with Jest, Cypress, and Playwright • AI-first mindset: comfortable using AI coding tools and interested in LLM implementation ASSETS: • Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and Kubernetes knowledge • GitLab pipeline experience • Ability to mentor junior profiles on best practices • Advanced proficiency in React or Angular
