MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Developer to join the Platform Engineering team in Montreal. You will design, develop, and evolve the cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) as code using Terraform, ensuring reproducibility across developer and agent environments. Key responsibilities include establishing secure CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, administering multi-region Kubernetes clusters at scale, maintaining and evolving Helm charts and deployment workflows, strengthening infrastructure observability and security (image analysis, policy-as-code, network segmentation), and enabling developers and agents to deploy and manage services autonomously. You will collaborate closely with product teams to meet infrastructure needs and participate in on-call rotation.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software development, with strong hands-on experience in AWS (or transposable Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipeline implementation, Kubernetes, Docker, and observability tools. You should have an AI-native mindset, viewing infrastructure decisions through the lens of accelerating the path from idea to value. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential, as you will guide development teams and explain complex platform trade-offs to stakeholders. Fluent English (spoken and written) required.
