The Salesforce team manages the full platform lifecycle—from business process analysis and architecture design through custom development and automated workflow deployment. This role focuses on QA automation for Salesforce customizations.
Key responsibilities:
- Review manual test cases for Salesforce customizations (Lightning Web Components, Apex triggers, Flows, declarative changes) and advise the project team on automation potential
- Support, maintain, and optimize test automation activities during iterative development, system testing, and regression testing across various Salesforce versions
- Analyze user stories and functional requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage of standard and custom Salesforce objects
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Salesforce testing frameworks and tools
- Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders to identify test scenarios and edge cases
- Document test cases, results, and defects; track issues through resolution
- Participate in continuous improvement of test automation processes and infrastructure
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce automation testing, understands Salesforce customization capabilities, and can write maintainable test code. Experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and agile methodologies is valuable.
