H Company is building an agentic AI platform that operates directly on computer interfaces, enabling enterprise customers to automate complex processes through intelligent agents. The Agent API is the developer entry point for integrating these agents into workflows via SDKs, n8n, MCP, and CLI.
As Developer Relations for the Agent API, you'll drive adoption within the developer community and serve as the bridge between developers and product teams. This is a founding role on developer distribution for a fast-growing product, with real ownership over scope and strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Community Engagement: Maintain an active technical community (Discord), answer developer questions, and surface product feedback to inform roadmap decisions.
- Documentation & Developer Experience: Ensure clear API documentation, up-to-date integration guides, and code samples in collaboration with the Product team.
- Enterprise Technical Programs: Design and deliver high-quality technical demos and DevRel programs tailored to enterprise needs, helping customers understand and integrate H products efficiently.
- Voice of the Market: Conduct developer interviews, build personas, gather friction points and use cases, and relay insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Events & Community: Organize and run hackathons, meetups, and represent H Company at developer conferences and technical events.
- GTM Contribution: Support product launches from the developer angle and contribute to competitive intelligence.
You'll work within a newly created Product-Led Motion team, collaborating closely with Engineers, Product Growth, and Marketing. The team is based in Paris with connections to London and across Europe.
Required qualifications: minimum 3 years in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Growth/Community roles in technical product contexts (APIs, SDKs, developer tools). You should be comfortable reading and writing integration examples in Python/JavaScript, with experience in agent or orchestration frameworks a plus. Hands-on experience running technical communities (Discord, forums, hackathons) and public speaking at conferences and meetups is essential. Excellent written English communication is required; French is a bonus. A genuine interest in agentic AI, computer use, and autonomous agents is important, as is comfort in early-stage environments with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ideal candidates have prior engineering experience, existing DevRel background, and have built or are active in developer communities. You should be autonomous in researching products via GitHub and other sources, comfortable coding, and fluent in developer tools and channels (Discord, Cursor, Claude Code, MCP, Reddit, GitHub, X).
