We're seeking a Developer to join our established, high-impact engineering team. This is a broad, product-focused role where you'll work across a range of technical challenges, partnering closely with product, data, and the wider business to deliver meaningful impact.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Writing, testing, building, and deploying high-quality software
- Performing code reviews, writing tests, and resolving software issues
- Collaborating with team members to solve problems and design solutions
- Contributing to team documentation and knowledge bases
- Participating in agile processes
- Continuously learning and growing your development skills
- Working with AI-powered tooling as part of your daily workflow
Required qualifications:
- Approximately 2 years of full-time, professional software development experience
- Comfort with or ability to learn at least one core platform: NodeJS, PHP, React, or TypeScript
- Understanding of software testing (unit testing through system testing)
- Proficient written and verbal communication in English
- Growth mindset with passion for learning
Desirable experience:
- Both UI and service development
- SaaS or product development
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), service-oriented architectures, API-driven development, or microservices
