OneTrust is hiring a DevOps Engineer to own day-to-day infrastructure and deployment work on development and production environments. You'll work on problems of moderate scope under general direction, contributing directly to the reliability and automation of the OneTrust platform.
Key responsibilities include:
Deployment & Automation: Own and execute automation that powers cloud-based product deployments and auto-scaling with zero-downtime rollback capability. Maintain and improve continuous integration workflows and deployment scripting.
Reliability & Monitoring: Respond to and troubleshoot issues identified by monitoring and alerting metrics. Perform root cause analysis for service interruptions and follow incident response protocol. Maintain SLA compliance for owned systems.
Security & Compliance: Contribute to automation, auditing, and tooling for security, compliance, and resource usage.
Required experience includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, plus 2+ years as a Software Developer, Systems Engineer, or DevOps Engineer. You should have hands-on experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab), and Kubernetes. Working knowledge of Python or Perl scripting, SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is expected. Experience with Agile methodologies and hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Devin, Windsurf) in a professional setting is valued.
