Forgepoint is building AI workers for manufacturing back-office operations (quoting, purchasing, invoicing, sales coordination). This is a player-coach role combining hands-on deployment leadership with team building and organizational scaling.
You will personally lead high-priority customer deployments from contract signature through go-live, ROI demonstration, and steady-state adoption. You'll work directly with customer CEOs, COOs, plant managers, and frontline operators to understand current workflows and redesign them around AI agents. You'll translate complex business processes into clear requirements, coordinate with Agent Engineers, and drive deployments to measurable outcomes.
Simultaneously, you'll build Forgepoint's repeatable deployment system: defining operating cadence, templates, quality standards, metrics, and management practices to scale deployment velocity without compromising quality. As the company grows, you'll hire, develop, and manage a team of Deployment Strategists, allocate resources across customers, and build leaders beneath you. This role is designed to grow into leadership of the entire Deployments organization.
You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate recurring customer needs into product improvements and more scalable tooling. You'll identify expansion opportunities and help customers broaden their use of Frank post-deployment. The company emphasizes in-person collaboration (five days/week in NYC) and customer immersion—travel to customer sites across the US is expected.
Forgepoint is backed by a16z Speedrun with angels from Brex, Xwing, and Betterment. The founding team includes Jack Strauss (ex-Bain, Xwing, Stanford MBA) as CEO and Alex Pareto (ex-Meta, Brex, USC CS) as CTO.
