Conduct is building an AI operating system designed to help the world's largest enterprises move at the speed of their ideas by absorbing the complexity of legacy systems like SAP. The company has recently closed a $60M Series A and is expanding its go-to-market team.
In this role, you will own the technical deployment and post-sale success of Conduct across strategic enterprise accounts. You will be the primary point of contact who ensures the product lands and sticks with customers, turning initial pilots into long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Joining strategic accounts early and running technical deployments hands-on
- Managing full post-sale ownership, including onboarding hundreds of end users
- Traveling to customer sites when critical to success
- Identifying expansion signals and opportunities to grow accounts
- Building scalable deployment processes, onboarding flows, tooling, and reusable playbooks that allow customer capacity to compound without linear headcount growth
- Maintaining a direct line to the product team and shaping the product roadmap based on customer insights
- Holding early commercial conversations and understanding how great deployments drive account growth
This is an entrepreneurial role in a small, lean GTM team. You will have significant autonomy to build processes and systems that scale customer success across the organization. The role requires comfort with complex technical environments, travel to customer sites, and the ability to move quickly in a high-velocity, low-ego collaborative culture.
The company is headquartered in London and NYC, sponsors visas, and actively encourages applications from underrepresented groups in tech.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years working with customers in a technical capacity (direct enterprise experience preferred)
- Experience in deployment-heavy, forward-deployed, or technical account roles where you owned a real outcome inside a customer's systems
- Solid depth in enterprise tech, ERP, or comparably complex software (SAP background not required on day one, but you must be willing to go deep quickly)
- Real commercial instinct: ability to spot expansion opportunities, hold early commercial conversations, and understand how deployments drive account growth
- Builder mentality with genuine hunger to both build processes and do hands-on customer work
- Low ego and self-awareness; comfort saying "I don't know" in technical environments and then figuring it out
