The company serves millions of users and thousands of businesses including Deutsche Telekom and Meta, offering three main platforms: ElevenAgents (enterprise AI customer experience platform), ElevenCreative (speech, music, image, and video generation across 70+ languages), and ElevenAPI (foundational AI audio models for developers).
As a Deployment Strategist, you will work within a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go-to-Market professionals, and Product Engineers to deploy ElevenAgents against complex customer challenges. Your core mission is to synthesize customer insights into a cohesive understanding of their AI transformation goals, pain points, existing workflows, and where AI agents can deliver measurable impact.
Key responsibilities include: meeting with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation objectives and identify pain points in customer-facing and operational workflows; owning flagship deals end-to-end from use-case identification through commercial structuring (including outcome-based pricing and implementation arrangements) to close; embedding deeply within strategic customer organizations as a trusted partner, spending meaningful time onsite, and owning delivery outcomes; identifying high-impact use cases and collaborating with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them; guiding customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness; scoping applications in new industries and expanding AI solutions globally; presenting results and proposals to audiences from technical teams to C-suite executives; collaborating with Research teams to feed field insights back into the platform roadmap; building and delivering compelling product demos; and working daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience (enterprise preferred); background in product development, delivery, and change management; commercial instinct for deal conversations, value proposition structuring, and enterprise sales cycles; basic Python proficiency and API integration familiarity sufficient to prototype and demo; excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts; proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects; adaptability across customer environments and industries; technical aptitude with LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks; and ability to creatively map enterprise use cases to AI systems.
