As Deployment Strategist Lead, you will be fully responsible for opening a new market for ElevenLabs and building the team to execute. Operating as a co-founder alongside an experienced sales leader, you'll drive a 0-to-1 startup within the broader organization, deploying voice AI technology to strategic customers solving their most challenging problems. Key responsibilities include: - Meeting with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points - Building and leading a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region - Identifying relevant use cases through deep customer engagement and implementing voice/audio AI solutions - Designing and architecting bespoke integrations that fit seamlessly into customer products and operations - Guiding customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models - Presenting results and proposals to audiences from technical teams to C-suite executives - Collaborating with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into ElevenLabs' software and AI models - Building and delivering compelling demos of voice and audio AI technology - Scoping potential applications in new industries and expanding AI solutions globally - Taking full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners - Collaborating daily with customers' engineering and executive teams on implementation The company culture emphasizes high-velocity execution, impact over job titles, AI-first thinking, excellence everywhere, and a global team prioritizing talent over location. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, both internally and at customer/partner organizations - Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams while fostering collaborative, results-driven culture - Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration to implement scripts and help with prototyping/demo building - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, particularly ability to summarize complex technical concepts and pursue optimal solutions - Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications - Strategic and commercial awareness: ability to align technical strategy with business objectives, understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact - Nice to have: Experience identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners to drive market growth
