ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open and lead a new market expansion in the UAE. You will operate as a co-founder-level leader, responsible for building a regional team, identifying and winning strategic customers, and deploying ElevenLabs' voice and audio AI technology to solve their most critical problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and pain points
- Building and leading a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region
- Identifying relevant use cases through deep customer engagement and implementing voice/audio AI solutions
- Designing and architecting bespoke integrations that fit seamlessly into customer products and operations
- Guiding customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models
- Presenting results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
- Collaborating with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into ElevenLabs' products
- Building and delivering compelling demos of voice and audio AI technology
- Scoping potential applications across new industries and expanding AI solutions globally
- Taking full ownership of end-to-end execution for major strategic partner projects
- Working hands-on with customers' engineering and executive teams on implementation
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders internally and at customer/partner organizations
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams with a collaborative, results-driven culture
- Basic Python proficiency and understanding of API integration for scripting and prototyping
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and applications
- Strategic and commercial awareness, aligning technical strategy with business objectives and understanding deal structures and revenue impact
- Nice to have: experience with partner ecosystem development and building relationships with system integrators and resellers
