ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open and own a new market in Poland. You will operate as a co-founder within the organization, building a team from scratch and driving the deployment of ElevenLabs' voice and audio AI technology to strategic enterprise customers.
You will be fully responsible for market entry, team building, and customer acquisition. Your responsibilities include meeting with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs, identifying pain points, and architecting bespoke solutions. You'll build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region, design custom integrations, and guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models.
Key activities include deep customer engagement to locate use cases, hands-on implementation of solutions, designing demos, and presenting results to technical and executive audiences. You'll take end-to-end ownership of major projects for strategic partners, collaborate with ElevenLabs' Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights, and scope new industry applications to expand AI solutions globally.
You'll need executive stakeholder engagement skills, proven ability to hire and develop high-performing technical teams, basic Python proficiency and API integration understanding, and strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts. Strategic and commercial awareness is essential—you must align technical strategy with business objectives and understand deal structures and revenue impact. Experience with partner ecosystem development is a plus.
