ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open and lead a new market expansion in the Middle East. This is a senior, founder-track role where you'll operate as a co-founder within the broader organization, responsible for building a team, winning strategic customers, and deploying ElevenLabs' voice and audio AI technology to solve their most critical problems.
You will own end-to-end execution: meeting with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs, building and leading a team of forward-deployed engineers in the region, designing bespoke integrations, and architecting innovative solutions that leverage ElevenLabs' foundational models. You'll present results to technical teams and C-suite executives, guide customers on implementation best practices, and build compelling demos of the technology.
Key responsibilities include identifying relevant use cases through deep customer engagement, collaborating with ElevenLabs' Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights, scoping applications across new industries, and taking full ownership of major projects for strategic partners. You'll work hands-on with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation.
Required qualifications: proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders; demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams; basic Python proficiency and understanding of API integration; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models; strategic and commercial awareness aligned with business objectives and deal structures. Nice-to-have: partner ecosystem development and experience building relationships with system integrators and resellers.
