ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open and scale a new market in India. Operating as a co-founder within the organization, you'll build and lead a regional team to deploy ElevenLabs' voice and audio AI technology with strategic enterprise customers.
You will own the full P&L and execution for this market expansion, from hiring your team to landing and implementing solutions with the region's most important customers. Your responsibilities span customer discovery and relationship management at the C-suite level, technical architecture and integration design, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with ElevenLabs' research and product teams.
Day-to-day activities include meeting with strategic customers to understand their voice and audio AI needs, building and leading a team of forward-deployed engineers, designing bespoke integrations, architecting solutions that fit seamlessly into customer workflows, guiding customers on best practices, presenting to technical and executive audiences, collaborating with internal research and product teams, building compelling demos, scoping new industry applications, and taking hands-on ownership of major projects for strategic partners.
You'll leverage support from ElevenLabs' broader organization—including their $11B valuation, $781M in funding, and proven AI models serving millions of users and thousands of businesses including Deutsche Telekom and Meta—to accelerate market entry and growth.
