ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to drive enterprise adoption of ElevenAgents, its AI agent platform for customer-facing and operational workflows. You'll work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, GTM professionals, and product teams to solve complex customer problems at scale.
In this role, you'll own flagship enterprise deals end-to-end: from identifying high-impact use cases and understanding customer pain points, to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing), closing deals, and embedding deeply within customer organizations to ensure successful deployment and measurable business outcomes. You'll spend meaningful time onsite with strategic customers, acting as a trusted technical partner and change management advisor.
Key responsibilities include: conducting deep discovery sessions with enterprise customers to map AI transformation goals; identifying and scoping use cases across industries; collaborating with engineering teams to prototype and deliver solutions; guiding customers on best practices for agent design, orchestration, and production readiness; presenting proposals to technical and executive audiences; and feeding field insights back to ElevenLabs' research and product teams to shape the platform roadmap.
You'll need 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience (enterprise preferred), product development and delivery expertise, commercial acumen for enterprise sales cycles, and basic Python proficiency with API integration knowledge. Strong communication skills, ability to simplify complex technical concepts, proven ownership of ambiguous projects, and familiarity with LLM and AI agent frameworks are essential. The role demands adaptability across customer environments, industries, and use cases, with the ability to creatively map enterprise workflows to AI systems.
