Wonderful is building an AI operating system for enterprises to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and operational reality. As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the end-to-end journey of AI deployments from discovery through production rollout, working directly with enterprise customers to translate ambitious AI initiatives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
You will embed deeply with customers to understand their processes, workflows, and constraints. Your responsibilities include leading discovery sessions to identify critical problems, defining scope and success metrics for pilots and rollouts, and translating customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams. You'll coordinate across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment on what is being built and why it matters.
Throughout deployments, you will track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers. You'll support production launches, monitor deployed agents in real environments, and drive follow-up improvements based on actual usage patterns. You'll also identify expansion opportunities and additional use cases with customers.
This is a hands-on role requiring comfort with technical concepts like APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations. You'll spend significant time onsite with customers, working through real constraints and ensuring solutions deliver genuine value. The role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical execution, and product strategy.
You should have experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles with strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans. Clear communication, stakeholder management skills, and a high ownership mindset are essential. Solutions engineering, technical consulting, or forward-deployed experience is valued, as is prior hands-on engineering background.
