Join a growing AI technology company as a Deployment Specialist, based in Mexico City. You will be part of the Deployments team responsible for implementing AI solutions directly with enterprise clients and ensuring measurable business impact.
In this role, you will work across the full project lifecycle: starting with Discovery meetings to understand client operations, pain points, and process redesign opportunities; then leading the implementation and rollout of AI solutions while ensuring quality and adoption. This is an execution-heavy role with direct client exposure and no sales quota.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in Discovery meetings with prospective clients to map processes, identify problems, and visualize process redesign
- Structure and clarify client information into actionable problem statements
- Lead AI solution implementation, ensuring quality and client adoption
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks
- Communicate progress and recommendations to clients and leadership
- Build relationships with client stakeholders at mid-management level and above

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated high performance and rapid learning ability
- Strong problem-structuring skills: ability to take unstructured client information and organize it clearly
- Clear, executive-level communication skills
- Project management experience
- Strong drive and independent thinking
- Desirable: stakeholder management experience
- Background in strategic consulting, investment banking, or strategy/analysis roles is a strong fit, though candidates with transferable skills from other backgrounds are welcome
