Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Operations Manager to join its rapidly growing Deployments Team in Costa Mesa, California. This role is central to coordinating and executing the fielding of Anduril's hardware and software products worldwide, working across Product, Engineering, Growth, Business Development, Technical Operations, and Mission Operations. In this position, you will manage the end-to-end deployment operations lifecycle for a specific business line, overseeing forward logistics, site installation, maintenance and repairs, field inventory management, sustainment, and reverse logistics. You will partner deeply with Growth, Engineering, and Technical Operations leads to ensure the right hardware and personnel are deployed at the right time to support critical missions globally. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating cross-functionally to develop strong working relationships with Growth and Technical Operations leaders - Owning and executing the complete Deployment Operations lifecycle for all deployments within your business line - Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders using tools like JIRA, NetSuite, Slack, and email - Creating detailed, structured plans for each deployment to ensure flawless execution with no margin for error - Problem-solving and removing obstacles for the team and partners - Driving continuous improvement in Deployment Operations processes - Leading and mentoring a team of Operations & Logistics Associates assigned to your business line This role requires someone who thrives in high-growth, high-stakes environments with a passion for defense technology. You will have direct impact on mission success, operational efficiency, and Anduril's global expansion. The position involves up to 20% travel. Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management with a focus on international operations, and eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. Preferred experience includes managing concurrent complex projects in manufacturing or hardware environments, with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
