Salary: USD 95,000 - 115,000 / annual
Via is transforming transportation globally through technology-enabled on-demand transit systems. As a Deployment Operations Associate Principal, you will lead the launch of new Via markets worldwide and oversee day-to-day management of partner deployments. This role offers broad exposure across operations, entrepreneurship, product management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end launch of new Via deployments, ensuring execution quality and on-time delivery
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and rigorous project planning for market entry
- Serve as primary point of contact for partners, supporting development and growth of fully operational on-demand transit systems
- Manage product expectations and partner feedback loops to inform engineering priorities
- Leverage Via's operational and marketing expertise to maximize partner success
- Analyze proprietary data to generate insights and business recommendations
The role requires up to 50% travel. You will work across multiple markets and manage complex stakeholder relationships while maintaining high attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with record of exceptional academic achievement
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
- Meticulous attention to detail and vigilant execution
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt tone to audience
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort challenging status quo
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial achievement and/or leadership experience (preferred)
