Sage Health is building modern fall-prevention and emergency-response systems for senior living facilities. As Deployment Manager, you'll lead the hands-on execution of hardware installations across a growing multi-state portfolio of senior living communities, overseeing low-voltage cabling, receiver placement, and network closet installation. You'll own end-to-end deployment execution, from translating floor plans and coverage requirements into detailed installation plans, to coordinating logistics (scheduling, staffing, procurement, vendor management) across simultaneous phased rollouts. You'll lead, hire, and develop a team of installation technicians, setting performance standards and providing field coaching. On-site, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for facility staff, ensuring clear communication and positive client experience throughout deployments. Key responsibilities include establishing and enforcing installation quality and safety standards through site audits and spot checks, building and continuously improving installation playbooks and training materials to enable scaling, troubleshooting technical and logistical issues in real time, and reporting deployment status and risks to internal stakeholders including executive leadership. You'll also manage equipment and inventory logistics to prevent delays. Required: 5+ years hands-on experience in low-voltage/structured cabling, security systems, AV, telecom, or related field installation; 3+ years leading/supervising technician teams; proven ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously against tight timelines; willingness to travel 25% of the time; strong communication skills. Preferred: experience deploying hardware in senior living, healthcare, or regulated environments; familiarity with wireless/IoT systems; experience building SOPs and quality-control processes; project management certification. Sage is a small, mission-driven team based in Union Square, NYC. The role is hybrid with up to 2 remote days per week. Benefits include competitive base salary, stock options, fully-paid health and dental insurance, office lunch, and snacks.
