Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Lead for its Counter-Intrusion Business Line. This role leads the planning, deployment, and operational success of Anduril's advanced hardware and software products in support of U.S. Government and allied military missions globally.
You will orchestrate product deployments across multiple theaters, collaborating with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams to ensure field readiness and end-user training. You own customer relationships and are accountable for mission success, working directly with operators to understand problem sets and optimize product performance in real-world conditions.
Beyond operations, you drive commercial growth by identifying expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts and positioning Anduril's technology to solve emerging mission challenges. You represent the customer voice internally, working with product and engineering teams to shape solutions that address critical national security needs.
This role requires cross-functional collaboration across business development, product, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations. You will become the connective tissue between customer needs and internal Anduril capabilities, ensuring alignment and execution at scale.
The ideal candidate combines a mission-first mindset with an ownership mentality—you assume responsibility quickly, navigate organizational complexity, and are equally comfortable in strategic planning, technical problem-solving, or field deployment. Technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity are essential; you should be comfortable engaging with cutting-edge AI, autonomy, sensor fusion, and distributed networking technologies. Prior experience in defense, military operations, or complex systems deployment is highly valued.
