Rapyuta Robotics is seeking a Deployment Lead to oversee multiple customer deployment projects and lead the entire deployment phase. The company develops robotics platforms and solutions using advanced control and AI technologies to automate difficult, dirty, and dangerous work, enabling people to focus on more intellectual and creative tasks.
As Deployment Lead, you will manage a portfolio of concurrent customer implementation projects across multiple Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). Your primary mission is to increase organizational deployment success rates through standardization and cross-project knowledge transfer, moving beyond individual project execution to build repeatable, scalable processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Portfolio management of multiple deployment/implementation projects with prioritization and resource allocation
- Coordinating Field Engineer assignments and monitoring utilization across active projects
- Developing and rolling out deployment standards, playbooks, and best practices across the organization
- Mentoring and developing Field Engineers through technical reviews, customer-interaction feedback, and 1-on-1 coaching
- Reporting progress and risks to customer executives and internal leadership
- Identifying common challenges across projects and providing feedback to product and engineering teams
- Defining hiring requirements and designing onboarding processes for Field Engineers
The ideal candidate excels at seeing patterns across multiple concurrent projects, translating individual successes into organizational processes, and developing team members. You should be comfortable bridging technical and business perspectives, communicating effectively with both engineers and customers while aligning expectations.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience leading multiple customer deployment projects
- Proven experience managing multiple team members while coordinating parallel projects
- Experience with project scoping, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions
- Track record of stakeholder management with both customer executives and internal leadership
- Experience leading deployment process standardization and systematization initiatives
