Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Deployment Engineer, you will be the backbone of Celonis delivery, leading hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers. This role combines deep platform expertise with AI-augmented workflows to deliver high-quality outcomes rapidly. You will work as an AI-augmented delivery professional: specifying what needs to be built, directing AI agents (Apollo) to execute wherever possible, validating results, and iterating with customers. Your primary focus is understanding customer business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable impact. Key responsibilities include conducting business discovery workshops to translate strategic objectives into high-impact use cases, collaborating with customer IT and business stakeholders to define scope and success criteria, and ensuring proper data connectivity and extraction pipelines. You will direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards while validating outputs against business requirements. You'll identify process inefficiencies using Celonis technology, lead value creation workshops, and design operational solutions to drive adoption and improve process conformance. You will enable customer users to independently use and extend solutions, manage project outcomes against timelines and scope, train customer teams, and document solution designs. Over time, you'll develop deep expertise in process domains (Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, IT Service Management) or industry verticals, translating domain knowledge into scalable solution patterns and best practices. This role differs from traditional consulting: you leverage AI agents as primary tools, directing and validating their output rather than manually building everything. Success requires strong business acumen, platform mastery, domain expertise, and the judgment to apply context where AI cannot.
