Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Engineer to join the Mission Operations (MOPs) team, which manages execution, growth, and success of customer accounts for advanced radar and sensor systems. This role bridges product, engineering, sales, and logistics, with primary responsibility for customer relationships and deployment of Anduril's radar capabilities in support of U.S. military, DHS, and allied defense missions.
You will serve as project manager and on-site or remote systems owner, working directly with customers to deliver integrated radar and sensor capabilities across multiple distributed locations. Key responsibilities include monitoring radar system performance, connectivity, mesh network integration, and sensor fusion with EO/IR, RF, and command-and-control systems. You will gather and triage user feedback on detection performance, tracking accuracy, and classification capabilities from fielding, testing, and operational use, then provide input to account and engineering teams on feature improvements and UI/UX enhancements.
The role includes supporting engagement with military units and commands to expand deployment across installations, critical infrastructure, and forward operating locations. You will contribute to building streamlined user feedback systems, issue tracking, operator training, and exercise preparation.
Depending on focus area, the role emphasizes either software and analysis or integration and field work. Software-focused candidates will build monitoring tooling, health dashboards, and software integrations between radar systems and C2 platforms; develop diagnostics and automation for remote troubleshooting; and analyze detection and tracking data to identify trends and root causes. Integration and field-focused candidates will lead on-site deployments, system commissioning, and hands-on troubleshooting.
Anduril's Radar team develops state-of-the-art sensing for air surveillance, counter-UAS, and counter-intrusion missions, powered by Lattice OS—an AI-driven operating system enabling autonomous decision-making and multi-sensor fusion. You will work on rapidly deployable, highly mobile systems designed for modern battlefield operations.
