As a Deployed Engineer, you will join the team working closest with customers to help them maximize value from the API and scale their implementations. You will develop deep understanding of customer products, use cases, and requirements, becoming a power user of the Parallel API. This role bridges engineering and customer success, requiring both technical depth and customer empathy.
You are an engineer by training with hands-on experience, potentially from consulting, product management, or go-to-market roles. You are driven by owning customer impact and solving real-world problems. The role involves direct customer engagement, technical problem-solving, and ensuring customers achieve their business outcomes using Parallel's infrastructure.
