As Delivery Manager, you will own end-to-end client delivery and serve as the strategic bridge between enterprise clients and Vega's product and engineering teams. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from the platform while protecting internal teams from unstructured demand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning day-to-day customer relationships, requirements shaping, and delivery coordination
- Running check-ins, business reviews, roadmap discussions, and discovery workshops
- Translating customer needs into clear, prioritized, and deliverable work with defined success criteria
- Collaborating with Product to link customer demand to product direction, understanding trade-offs between effort, impact, and complexity
- Building and scaling engagement playbooks with processes and automations for engineering coordination, progress tracking, and customer communication
- Supporting the Growth team on feature adoption, expansion opportunities, and customer retention
- Working directly with engineering teams and enterprise stakeholders in complex, integration-heavy environments

Requirements:
- Experience delivering complex technology projects in enterprise contexts with a focus on customer success or implementation leadership
- Background in startup/scale-up environments or consulting-based tech delivery is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage enterprise customer relationships across business, technical, and operations stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal product and engineering teams
- Confidence and judgment to decide when and how to challenge requests
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working directly with engineering teams and enterprise stakeholders, particularly in integration-heavy or configuration-heavy products
