Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics on a single, AI-native SaaS-based cloud service.
The Delivery Manager 3 role is accountable for complex, enterprise client projects. You will coordinate delivery activities, maintain delivery artifacts, and ensure alignment to agreed scope, timelines, and delivery standards. The role operates independently within clearly defined engagement boundaries set by statements of work and requires a working knowledge of cloud-native technologies and data integration approaches.
Key responsibilities include:
• Delivery Planning Execution: Own the development and maintenance of delivery schedules, Gantt charts, and RAID logs to support predictable execution across multiple workstreams and delivery environments.
• Concurrent Delivery Coordination: Manage multiple delivery coordination demands simultaneously, applying prioritization and judgment within defined delivery frameworks.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, document, and track delivery risks and issues, escalating assertively in line with defined thresholds and demonstrating professional judgment.
• Delivery Communications: Deliver clear, direct oral and written communications to stakeholders, including in challenging delivery situations.
• Scope Compliance and Change Support: Monitor adherence to agreed scope and support formal change processes without redefining delivery commitments.
You will work on a global, mission-critical AI platform alongside engineers and technologists across multiple geographies. The role offers real ownership and impact in an environment that values speed, experimentation, and technical excellence. The position is hybrid based in Belfast, with an expectation of working from the office 2 days per week.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in delivery or project management
• Knowledge of structured delivery methodologies used in large-scale client engagements
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery considerations
• Knowledge of data integration and connectivity models (SMTP, SFTP, and their application to enterprise data types)
• Understanding of project cost levers and time-to-first-value principles
• Knowledge of Behavox's mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies sufficient to align delivery execution with business intent
• Ability to operate independently within defined engagement boundaries
• Professional judgment, assertiveness, and clear communication skills
