As a Delivery Manager 3, you will own complex, enterprise client projects and coordinate delivery activities across multiple workstreams. You operate independently within clearly defined engagement boundaries (statements of work) and are accountable for delivery coordination, planning accuracy, issue tracking, and adherence to commitments. This role requires 5+ years of delivery or project management experience and a working knowledge of cloud-native technologies and data integration approaches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining delivery schedules, Gantt charts, and RAID logs to support predictable execution
- Managing multiple concurrent delivery coordination demands, applying prioritization and judgment within defined frameworks
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking delivery risks and issues, escalating assertively when thresholds are exceeded
- Delivering clear, direct oral and written communications to stakeholders, including in challenging situations
- Monitoring adherence to agreed scope and supporting formal change processes without redefining commitments
You will bring enterprise delivery frameworks knowledge, understanding of cloud-native architectures and their delivery implications, familiarity with data integration and connectivity models (SMTP, SFTP), and knowledge of delivery economics and value realization. Strong understanding of Behavox's mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies is essential to align execution with business intent.
The role is hybrid, based in the Toronto office, with an expectation of 2 days per week in-office to support strong in-person collaboration.
