Caruso is an AI-native fund administration platform for private markets, replacing legacy systems with modern software and integrated services. The company has grown to $100B+ in assets under administration, 900+ funds, and 80,000+ investors since launching two years ago, and has completed Series A funding.
As Delivery Lead, you will manage one of Caruso's fund services teams in Sydney. Each team is a small, cross-functional group of registry, investor services, and fund accounting specialists serving a set of fund manager clients end-to-end. You will be the primary point of contact for every client on your team and the project manager for all work delivered to them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all client requests, questions, and changes, routing work to appropriate team members
- Run daily standups focused on client needs, priorities, and blockers, with clear ownership for each item
- Plan and track team work across distributions, statements, investor communications, and registry events to meet deadlines
- Maintain proactive client communication and escalate issues quickly with the right resources
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to diagnose and resolve data issues
- Partner with product engineering to provide feedback on platform improvements and AI agent enhancements
- Work with internal tooling teams to build solutions that improve team efficiency and client/investor experience
- Document and maintain client business rules, processes, and checklists for consistency
- Partner with Customer Success Managers on commercial relationships and Implementation teams on client onboarding
- Share best practices with other Delivery Leads to continuously improve team operations

Requirements:
- 3+ years in a client-facing delivery role such as project management, implementation, client services, or consulting, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Strong organization and follow-through; ability to run tight plans, maintain detailed notes, and close the loop
- Detail-driven and analytical; comfortable with spreadsheets and data, with ability to identify discrepancies
- Technical aptitude to solve problems; able to work through issues with data and engineering teams and explain trade-offs to clients
- Confident with clients; ability to build trust quickly with fund managers, CFOs, and operations teams; calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to keep teams motivated and focused while leading by example
- Curiosity about how AI and modern tooling can improve client outcomes and ways of working
- Registry or fund administration background is a plus but not required
