Airtable is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join its Professional Services team. In this role, you will transform solution visions into working systems that drive real business outcomes for enterprise customers.
You will run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders, surfacing ground-level realities that inform system design and implementation. You'll build interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations that translate strategic visions into functional systems. Your core responsibility is closing the gap between designed solutions and real-world usage—when user feedback signals a design issue, you bring solutions, not just flags.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting customer sessions to understand operational needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Building complex systems with forms, automations, integrations, and data models
- Performing QA against actual user behavior, not just technical specifications
- Leveraging AI throughout the delivery lifecycle to work efficiently and reinvest time in customer engagement
- Creating reusable build patterns that extend impact beyond individual engagements
- Achieving full Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive cross-functional alignment
You bring 3–5 years of client-facing delivery or implementation experience with direct accountability for system success in practice. You have hands-on technical depth in building complex systems and understand tradeoffs across layers. You communicate fluently with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs. You read the question behind the question, surface real constraints, and present trade-offs persuasively. You can distinguish between design problems and change management challenges and handle both effectively. You hold yourself to outcomes, not just delivery timelines, and have proven ability to master complex platforms quickly.
