Diligent is seeking a Delivery Analyst to execute and deliver governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions to clients. You will be responsible for delivering operational risk management solutions with a focus on customer success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize product and domain expertise to deliver customer requests and create excellent customer experiences
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services requested by customers
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Senior Managers, and Managers to handle new service requests appropriately or route them to the correct teams
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for customer-specific requests
- Consult with global implementation and customer success teams to provide technical guidance, helping customers maximize product value
You will work in a hybrid model, expected to be onsite at least 50% of the time at the Budapest office. The role requires deep expertise in Diligent's Operational Risk Management solutions and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role
- Ability to effectively engage customer personnel in solution discussions to resolve issues regarding compliance, vendor management, information security, and/or risk management requirements and goals
- Strong passion for compliance, vendor management, information security, and/or risk management
- Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tight timeframes and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant area (e.g., Business Administration, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security, or MIS) is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with GRC and/or analytics tools
- Experience with platform-based product/solution delivery
