Diligent is seeking a Delivery Analyst to execute and deliver governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions to clients. You will be responsible for delivering operational risk management solutions with a focus on customer success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize product and domain expertise to deliver customer requests and create exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services requested by customers
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Senior Managers, and Managers to handle new service requests appropriately or route them to the correct teams
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for customer-specific requests
- Consult with global implementation and customer success teams to provide technical guidance, helping customers maximize value from the product
- Engage with customer personnel in solution discussions to resolve issues related to compliance, vendor management, information security, and risk management
The role is based in Bengaluru and follows a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence at least 50% of the time.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role
- Ability to effectively engage customer personnel in solution discussions to resolve compliance, vendor management, information security, and/or risk management requirements
- Strong passion for compliance, vendor management, information security, and/or risk management
- Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tight timeframes and respond quickly in a fast-changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant area (e.g., Business Administration, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security, or MIS) is a plus

- Experience with GRC and/or analytics tools
- Experience with platform-based product/solution delivery
